Randy Michael Holliday, 63, of 501 Old Norris Road, died Saturday from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Born in Gastonia, NC, he was the widower of Donna Marie Long Holliday and a son of the late, Cole L. Blease and Hazel Irene Hooper Holliday. Randy was a hard worker and had formerly worked at Central Textiles. He loved riding his motorcycle and he was of the Christian faith.
Surviving are his first wife, Debbie Holliday of Norris; a daughter, Amanda Hasson of Six Mile; a sister, Martha Holder of Six Mile; 3 brothers, Oliver Holliday(Geneva) of Greenville, Joe Holliday of Six Mile and Ricky “Doc” Holliday(Bev) of Cateechee; many nieces and nephews and especially his beloved dogs, Harley and Cooter.
A celebration of Randy’s life will be held from 2:00 until 4:00 PM on Sunday, May 14, 2017 at the Roper Community Building in Six Mile. At the family’s request, in lieu of flowers you may donate a bible in memory of Randy. Liberty Mortuary and Cremation Services are handling arrangements. www.libertymortuary.com
