Funeral services to honor the life of Mrs. Howe will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, October 25, 2017 in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Burial at Hillcrest Memorial Park will follow. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Liberty Mortuary.

Patricia Bowen Howe, 75, of Southern Acres, formerly of Robinson Bridge Road, Norris, SC, died Saturday, October 21, 2017 at AnMed Health in Anderson, SC. Born in Cateechee, she was the widow of James Kenneth Howe and a daughter of the late Clarence W. and Zadie Goss Bowen. She was retired from Dayco Automotive and loved her animals and baking for her family and friends. She was a member of Cateechee Baptist Church.

Surviving are a daughter Shannon Dwozan(Gregg) of Sandy Springs; 3 sisters, Gail Becknell(Johnny) of Liberty, Beth Whitfield of Anderson and Angela Reynolds of Pickens; and a brother, Charlie Bowen(Hazel) of Liberty; several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews, and her “Special Little Friend”, Avery Aiken.

The family will be at their respective homes. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Cateechee Baptist Church: PO Box 575 Norris, SC 29667 or the charity of one’s choice.

I was in shock and Heartbroken to see that Pat had passed away and I didn't know until 6 years later when I saw here. Pat was kin to my Daddy ( Joe Teat ) and we worked together at Dayco for years. Pat was a sweet, kind, funny, loving and a hard working freind of mine. She could make me laugh and I am grateful to have known her. I will never forget Pat and I will Cherish all the memories and laugh's we had together..
