Funeral services to honor the life of Mrs. Holder will be 1:00 PM Wednesday in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Ola Mae Brown Holder, 84, of 105 Griffin Court, passed away peacefully, Monday, July 04, 2011 at the Hospice House in Anderson.

Born in Oconee County she was the widow of Joseph Calvin Holder, and a daughter of the late Gordon and Martha Ann Johnson Brown. She retired from Glenwood Mills and was a member of East Side Baptist Church.

Surviving are two daughters and sons in law, Carolyn & Don Nix, and Lynn & Jerry Turner all of Liberty; a son and daughter in law, Thomas & Ann Holder of Liberty; four sisters, Elizabeth Stancil and Cody Beatty both of Walhalla, Adeline Logan of Easley, and Betty Youngblood of Townville; a brother, Paul Brown of Seneca; 3 grandchildren, Samantha Owen, Mark Holder, and Zina Lee; 4 great grandchildren, Scout Revis, Abigail Holder, Holly Lee, and Joseph Holder.

In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by three sisters, and two brothers.
