Lois Marie Johnson, 89, of Taylors, died Sunday, November 7, 2021.
Born in Geneva, Georgia she was the widow of George Johnson and a daughter of the late Wilbur and Katie Jones Bassett.
Surviving is a daughter, Becky Gore and her husband Jerry of Taylors, SC; a daughter in law, Martha Johnson; six grandchildren, Allison Wisenbaker (Matthew), Brandon Gore (Chelsea), Samantha Johnson, Katie Martens (Matt), Zachary Johnson, McKenzie Johnson; also surviving are several great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a son, Perry Johnson. She was the last survivor of her immediate family.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 PM Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Georgia Memorial Park, 2000 Cobb Parkway, SE, Marietta GA 30060. No formal visitation is planned.
