A memorial service for Ken will be held Saturday January 13, 2018 at 3:00 PM in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Liberty Mortuary. Private inurnment at Liberty Memorial Gardens will be held at a later date.

Kenneth Michael Cartee, 41, of 783 Five Forks Road, was called home Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Baptist Easley Hospital. Born in Anderson, he is the son of Barry Michael and Donna Dill Cartee of the home. Ken was a 1994 graduate of Liberty High School and worked most of his life as a carpet and tile installer. He was very talented at his work and enjoyed the opportunity to show his talent to others. Ken loved his cars and especially his friends and family. He never resisted a chance to make someone smile. He was of the Baptist faith and attended Norris First Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his parents are two sisters, Mary Ann Edens and her husband Michael of Pickens, and Lisa Lollis of the home; a niece, Faris Lollis of the home and a nephew Logan Edens of Pickens.
