Graveside services to honor the life of Mr. Ward will be 12:00 PM Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Abbott Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 until 11:45 AM at the Liberty Mortuary.
Master Sergeant USAF Retired, Jimmy Clark Ward, of 208 12th Avenue S., passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Conway Medical Center. Born in Travelers Rest he was a son of the late James Alexander and Doshia Holden Ward.
Mr. Ward was a graduate of Liberty High School and retired from the United States Air Force having served during the Vietnam War.
Surviving are a son, Jim Ward of Conway; a daughter, Jennifer Ward of Conway; two sisters, Jean Nation of Slabtown, and Mary Alice Johnson of St. Louis, MO; also surviving is a granddaughter, Azure Ward.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Jeffery Ward, and a brother, James “RV” Holden.
