Donald Justus “Donnie” Thomason, Jr., 55, of 113 Ashley Ave. died Saturday morning, November 4, 2017, at AnMed Health Center an Anderson, SC. Born in Easley, he was a son of the late Donald Justus Thomason, Sr. and Janet Irene Sentell Thomason. He attended South Main Chapel & Mercy Center.

Funeral services to honor the life of Mr. Thomason will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00 until 2:00 PM at Liberty Mortuary.

Surviving are a daughter, Tina Alexander of Liberty; a brother, Jeff Thomason of Liberty; 2 grandchildren, Marcus and Connor Alexander of Liberty; 4 aunts, Margie Gosnell of Greenwood, Lola Mae Eades of Easley, Faith Tinsley of Pendleton and Dawn Munn of Pickens; 3 uncles, Corky Sentell of Mauston, WI, Reggie Sentell of Clinton and Maurice Sentell of Pickens; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will be at the home of Dawn Munn at 225 Welborn Road Pickens, SC 29671. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to South Main Chapel & Mercy Center: PO Box 13545 Anderson, SC 29624.
