A memorial service for Mr. Bradford will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Liberty First Baptist Church. The family will receive friends following the service in the sanctuary.

David Wayne Bradford, 61, of 14 Highland Terrace, died Friday, December 29, 2017 at Cannon Memorial Hospital. Born in Elberton, Georgia, he was the husband of Jane Lewis Bradford and a son of the late Carolyn Bradfield Haynes and Horace Bradford(Rosalee) of Elberton, Georgia. David enjoyed many things in his life. He loved umpiring baseball for the Liberty Rec., gardening, working on cars and especially his family. He was a member of Philomathea Masonoic Lodge #25 F&AM in Elberton, Georgia. He was the Director of Vehicle Maintenance for Pickens County and he attended Liberty First Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife, father and stepmother are two daughters, Meagan Bradford of the home and April Carter of Hartwell, Georgia; a son, Nick Bradford of the home; two sisters, Deborah Lindsey of North Carolina and Tina Bradford of Elberton, Georgia; a brother, Pete Bradford of Hartwell, Georgia; his father and mother in law, Bill and Anne Lewis of Liberty, and 3 grandchildren, Ethan Sellers, Chloe Sellers and Wynter Carter.

In addition to his mother he was predeceased by a brother, Terry Bradford and his step father, Richard Haynes.

The family will be at the home. Memorials may be made to the Liberty Rec. Dept. at 206 W. Front Street Liberty, SC 29657.
