Charles Bernard Coleman, 74, of 10 Pinewood Drive, died Sunday, March 10, 2013 at his residence. Born in Greenville he was a son of the late Ernest Bernard and Clara Wells Coleman.
Charles was a graduate of Parker High School and later attended Clemson University on a football scholarship. He was the owner/operator of Coleman Enterprises, and during his free time he loved to do oil paintings.
Surviving are his wife, Rachel Gillespie Coleman of the home; two sons and daughters in law, Greg and Cindy Coleman of Easley, and Matthew and Jane Coleman of Tennessee; two grandchildren, Dustin Coleman (Lauren) of South Bend, IN, and Amanda Davis (Mark) of Anderson; one great granddaughter, Emma Davis.
In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson SC 29621.
