A memorial service for Alan will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, October 25, 2018 in the Liberty Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Alan Milton Brown, 54, of 429 Liberty Highway, died Friday, October 19, 2018 at Baptist Easley Hospital. Born in Easley, he was a son of Joyce Nix Brown of the home and the late Robert Olin Brown, Sr. He was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving in addition to his mother are a sister, Cindy Campbell of Liberty, and a brother, Robert Olin Brown, Jr. also of Liberty.

I’ll miss the way Alan’s smile could light up the room. His excitement about everything rubbed off any everyone around him. I’ll never forget him letting two year old Cole curl up on the couch next to him and lay his head on his lap. Alan had never met him before that, but he just smiled and told Cole about each of the dogs. Alan was a blessing to everyone he met. We’re sorry for your loss and are keeping y’all in our prayers.
